Description du poste 

Basé(e) à Paris, tu devras convaincre des établissements de la restauration ou du médico-social d’utiliser Brigad.

Tu seras en charge de l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de la phase de découverte jusqu’au closing. Tes canaux de communication seront la prospection et la relance par téléphone et les démo par visio.

Maintenir un bon rythme d’appels est donc nécessaire pour réussir sur ce rôle (35 appels minimum/jour).

Si tu aimes la chasse et les cycles de vente courts (quelques jours/semaines), ce rôle est fait pour toi !

→ Tes missions quotidiennes :

  • Identifier les décisionnaires et entrer en contact avec eux (les directeur-ices d’établissement)
  • Leur présenter la plateforme via une démo en visio
  • Les convaincre de créer leurs accès et de poster une première mission sur Brigad
  • Les relancer pendant leur premier mois d’utilisation  
  • Piloter ton activité via notre CRM (HubSpot)
  • Faire remonter les retours utilisateurs aux équipes marketing, tech et produit
  • Profil recherché : Si tu as…

  • Une forte appétence pour la chasse et l’art de convaincre
  • Le goût du challenge et l’envie d’atteindre tes objectifs 
  • Une énergie positive et contagieuse
  • Des compétences exceptionnelles en communication (verbale et écrite)
  • Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome
  • Une expérience des outils CRM est un plus
  • Le français est indispensable, une compréhension de l’anglais est appréciée.
  • Nous sommes ouverts aux candidats juniors ou plus expérimentés, les prospects et la rémunération seront adaptés en conséquence.
