We are looking for a Javascript Dev Lead to join our engineering team based in Paris and lead a full stack squad.

You’re a seasoned professional in frontend Javascript, SPA, and API consumption. We like autonomous people with a good knowledge of common engineering pitfalls in algorithm design, implementation, unit tests and data visualisation. We have a mature CI/CD environment, work in short cycles (2 week sprints) with daily staging and production deployments.

You’ll be in charge of an autonomous squad in permanent contact with product managers. We believe in a smart, thought-out, and engineered approach where everyone is included and everyone has a say.

You’re comfortable with React, Mobx-State-Tree, Styled-Components on the frontend side and you have exposure to Python/Django as backend (or any other backend stack for MVC).

• Unified datasource Explorer
• Trend builder : generate a no-code trended chart builder relying on any datasource in our unified data model

We have a strong culture of sharing: As part of the engineering team, we participate in customer support and bug triaging/mitigation a few weeks per year. We also collaborate with our data science and analytics teams, give talks, animate workshops, coach other team members, and of course are very creative during our hackathons.

Your skillset :

• Experience coaching Junior Developer, through Peer programming, Code Reviews, etc.
• Willingness to learn how to manage devs in a full stack team (this is a very hands-on job, management is 30% to 50% of your time)
• You will speak in French and write in English.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and TypeScript.
• At ease with React, functional programming and immutability.
• Experience in Data Visualization (Charts, tables, etc.)
• Familiar with JavaScript build toolchains (Babel, Webpack).
• Knowledge of Git, and Github
