Bodyguard is looking for its next native English linguist (being native from USA will be mandatory).

As a member of the NLP team, you will be responsible for creating linguistic rules or adapting existing ones in order to improve Bodyguard’s technology.

Our moderation rules are built up from sets of keywords, grammatical contexts and sentimental nuances.

Your role

• Active monitoring of social media to identify emerging trends in online hate and cyberharassment in different industry verticals like media, gaming, brands, ect.”
• Identify content not detected by our technology and fine-tune the detection when content is mistakenly deleted.
• Collaborating with engineering teams for training and tuning NLP language rules.

You might be a fit if

• You are an English native speaker from USA (mandatory).
• You are fluent in French (mandatory).
• You have a background in languages (LEA / translation / linguistics / localisation).
• You master spelling, syntax, typographical standards as well as translation standards according to the context.
• You are active and observant on social networks: codes, trends, etc.
• You are interested in technology in general.
• You have the desire to work with us to create a better Internet for all.
