Responsabilites :
Create and drive the company’s growth plan for acquiring new, valuable users through focused, data-driven, multichannel and ROI based user acquisition strategies
Drive traffic to our website by designing and executing outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, to owned and non-owned channels
Optimize channels to their fullest extent by innovating constantly, A/B testing and setting projects to experiment new formats, channels, messaging, audiences, etc
Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, incl. setting up, managing and optimizing ad campaign leveraging data (owned or third party)
Improve SEO tactics, incl. keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, etc.
Build and manage a robust affiliation program
Implement new communication channels (incl. SMS, push notifications)
Conduct in-depth analysis on performance marketing to inform decisions and make recommendations
Write creative briefs (content, design and format for assets across platforms)
Own relationships with various channels and partners
3+ years of relevant experience in growth or user acquisition
Knowledge of data analysis: Advanced Excel and SQL skills
Highly analytical and business-centric: proficiency with CPC, CAC, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution models, cohort analysis, etc.
Excellent communication skills: ability to tell a story enriched with data, explaining the approach, articulating what is working or not and making effective recommendations
Experience onboarding new external partners: setting up IOs, integrating reporting APIs, and testing conversion attribution
Comfortable working at the pace of a startup and ability to lead complex projects, contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Enthusiastic team player with an interest in tech
