We are looking for an Analyst in the development team of the leading international solution for passenger bus transportation "Avibus: Bus Station Management" based on 1C: 8.3. Your role in the team is the development of the main product and its role in the team.

Your workflow:

  • Collect and analyze information: changes in legislation, customer requirements from large implementation projects (remotely), customer reference directories
  • Analyze system performance and develop proposals to improve software performance
  • Participate in the design of the system with the development team and the internal product owner (system architect)
  • Describe and model the business / functional requirements of the system according to the requirements of customers and the release of the standard version of the software (release)
  • Create terms of reference for the development department, control the compliance of the development result with the initial requirements
  • Maintain the necessary technical documentation for projects
  • Advise developers, technical support specialists and sales managers on changes in software functionality.
  • Requirements:

  • Work experience of at least 3 years as a business analyst, system analyst, implementation consultant, technical support specialist, programmer
  • Understanding the software development life cycle, basic knowledge of software architecture
  • Analytical skills, the ability to look at a problem from different angles, the ability to offer various solutions.
  • Confident oral and written speech, the ability to clearly and concisely formulate thoughts
  • Good knowledge of one of the business process modeling tools is desirable (Notations: IDEF0, BPMN, EPC; Tools: ARIS, Business Studio, Bizagi, Visio).
