BlaBlaCar Ukraine, is looking for a Supply Team Account Manager with broad interests to manage the relationship with our bus partners and work on projects across the whole company, mostly related to B2B Sourcing, Sales support, and Business Development. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute in building a new bus vertical at BlaBlaCar. We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and development of strong long-term relationships with bus carriers
  • Take rate optimization
  • Understanding needs of bus partners, communicating them to other teams in BlaBlaCar
  • Analysis of the activities of bus carriers (route network, tariffs, quality of services) and assistance in optimization their sales
  • Financial & contracts control
  • Building reports 
  • Introduction of additional services & new inventory management tools to bus carriers
  • Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably related to the transport sector
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results
  • high-energy, humble and motivated by innovation and constant change
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
