ENTER THE GAME

The Head of Growth Platforms will serve as the product and tool leader for our acquisition and retention operational teams. 

We're looking for a hands-on leader that will drive value by owning and overseeing the evolution of our growth platforms which serve at the core of our business operations. As part of this role, you will need to understand the technical complexity of our tools and third-party system integrations and have an accurate vision of the operational workflows that impact our marketing operations and our user experience. 

Resolving this challenge is at the center of our ability to achieve our retention and acquisition ambitions worldwide. You will be part of the Growth Tribe and report directly to the Growth Director. 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As part of this role, you will be asked to:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our customer journeys and be responsible for the end-to-end evolution of our current CRM platform from its conception to its execution
  • Own and oversee the evolution of our current digital partnership management platform
  • Act as the central expert offering reliable tools to build innovative solutions that support our acquisition and retention teams 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketers, product teams and company leadership
  • Manage a team of operational experts to achieve the Tribe's goal

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • 8+ years' experience in marketing operations experience across all disciplines outlined above. Ideally gained in a CRM focused software company
  • A strong understanding of growth marketing technologies and current challenges process and best practices. This includes marketing automation topics and performance tracking and attribution.
  • Strong execution skills with a track record of building end-to-end CRM experiences to achieve the required business outcomes.
  • Hands-on leadership and good stakeholder / communication skills with an ability to collaborate comfortably with all levels of the organization
  • An ability to describe a high-level problem and vision with simplicity while being able to roll its sleeves and deep dive into smaller details to get things done
  • English and French are mandatory
  • An experience in agile, iterative product discovery and development processes is a plus
  • Experience in SEO is a plus
