You will join the Sales team of Beem Energy, managed by Alice, and divided in markets. As part of your missions, you will join Laura in the Italian team. You will work daily with your sales colleagues and with colleagues from the other business units of Beem Energy, especially with the Marketing, Operation and After sales teams.
Your missions : 💪🏻
- You’ll take care of the Italian clients: understanding their project and following them all along the booking process until and after the closing (over the phone, threw email and our chatbot);
- Ensure a stellar satisfaction level of our Beemers, providing them all the information needed, and guaranteeing their loyalty;
- Share insights and learnings about the Italian market so that Beem becomes the reference in this market;
- Share any improvement idea based on your field vision.
You are the perfect candidate if : 😍
- You are a native Italian speaker, being fluent in English is mandatory ;
- You have a business degree (3 years minimum) and already experience in Sales ;
- You are a proactive challenge seeker and a call lover obsessed with client satisfaction ;
- You are a data driven team player who inspires trust and takes initiatives
- You are interested in start-up environments and ready to be part of the energetic transition
