We build and power leading video streaming platforms for some of Europe’s biggest SVOD/AVOD players (6play, Videoland, RTL Play…), dealing with 45+ millions of users.

We have 350 employees in Paris and Lyon. As part of our international development, we are lookingfor an Client Operations Manager for our new office in Lisbon.


At Bedrock, we’re looking for a Client Operations Manager who is a hands-on individual who initiates support in the all-round collaboration with multiple Clients. The Client Operations Manager needs to dare to take initiative and responsibility in our fast-moving company to get the Clients’ needs served.

As Client Operations Manager, you’ll:

·       Prepare and lead Steering Committees with the Client and internal stakeholders

·       Participate in operational meetings between the Client and Bedrock and between Bedrock’s tech and product teams, where you will account for the strategic and business interests of the Client and make sure the contractual and commercial terms are respected

·       Create and validate commercial documentation for the Client about the Bedrock product and the Client’s developments

·       Organize periodic Client meetings, including the planning and operational aspects, to facilitate conversations around various business themes

·       Manage and monitor the contractual and commercial relationship between the Client and Bedrock by following KPIs, supporting in financial reporting, and communicate about this to the Client and internal stakeholders

Profil recherché

·       Master’s degree preferably in business or in management

·       3 - 5 years of experience in the digital sector of a media company / within a consumer technology company or in consultancy in the digital industry (experience in the streaming media industry is a big plus!)

·       Proven experience in client-facing roles

·       French and English are mandatory 

·       Willingness to travel  


·       Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the media industry, technology and digital ecosystems

·       Being able to identify where your relevant support is needed; initiative-taking and self-starting

·       Able and daring to communicate effectively and respectively with Clients

·       Strong in communication and able to get your message across verbally, in writing and through engaging presentations

·       Fast learner with a curious mindset and willing to join a fast-paced environment

·       Great capabilities using Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
