As the CEO’s right-hand, you will work directly with Andréa: co-founder of Beamy, you will dive into a wide variety of strategic subjects and have a complete overview of how a fast growing startup, about to raise funds and prepare internationalization, works :

Missions :

• Participate in business development by attending client meetings ;
• Ensure a transversal function between teams and identify the improvements, reports and tools to improve Beamy’s efficency ;
• Build decks and presentation pitch for Beamy for key stakeholders (VCs, customers, etc.) ;
• Work on financial strategy and the business plan ;
• Work on the product strategy with the Head of Engineering and Product Owners ;
• Prepare and hold with the CEO board & company meetings.

Missions are not exhaustive and might evolve depending on Beamy’s priorities of the moment.

Background :

• last year of engineering or business school (or possibly in a gap year), with (ideally) a first experience in the SaaS BtoB industry or in a consulting firm ;
• strong ability to adapt, curiosity and independancy ;
• Pragmatism and rigor, ability to focus on details and analitycal mind ;
• Driven by entrepreneurship and challenges : you appreciate feedback and you are ready to improve yourself every day to achieve excellence.
• Honesty and method : you show discernment in problem solving ;
• Fluent french and excellent level of english required.
