🔴 Your team : you will be part of the Batch Sales team. This team has already signed over 500 blue chip accounts in France and across Europe, and they want to sign 5,000 more! Come and be part of this elite band and play a key role in helping them realise this objective 🔥🔥🔥

🔴 Your goal : generate the maximum number of relevant sales opportunities for the Key Account Manager thanks to your ability to recognise, identify and engage those prospects.

🔴 Your DNA : you know how to identify the accounts with strong potential, how to make that initial contact and engage with the potential customer. Your communications skills are exemplary both in written (email) and verbally (telephone) form. You know how to pitch a client successfully and you’re always on the hunt for the next great sales opportunity.

Details of the role :

  • Identify potential clients and understand the context of their current situation; company structure, financial data, current commercial strategy and any “MarTech” that they are currently using (a methodology known as“business assessment”) in order to set things up for the initial contact.

  • Identify the various decision makers and prepare a personalised approach for each prospect.

  • Conduct the initial contact to these prospects.

  • Sow the initial seeds to create the interest within each prospect.

  • Manage and follow up with each account and potential client.

  • Ensure that the CRM process is fully up to date at all times.

  • Systematically follow up with each prospect and follow the sales script in place for each opportunity.

  • Accompany the prospect through the Batch service offering and provide all information necessary to ensure the client’s questions are answered and that the prospect understands how Batch’s proposal meets their business needs - keeping them keen!

  • Prepare the prospect for the follow up with the Key Account Manager so that the handover is performed under the most favourable conditions.

  • Organise the client meeting and accompany the Key Account Manager throughout the pre-Sales phase.

  • Ring the closing bell :)


Profil recherché

Work/study internship.

You’re curious, rigorous and independant and you’re made for a career in Sales.

You’re passionate about everything digital and are always learning new Sales techniques.
Customer relationships are your thing.
The ideal candidate will already have performed an initial sales role (including an internship) within the digital industry, and wants to consolidate this experience and develop further.

English essential, German would be an advantage.


Déroulement des entretiens

Batch conducts all its interviews in the same way, 4 simple and clear stps for each candidate:
1 - Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
2 - Onsite interview with HR accompanied by the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
3 - Conduct and complete a Case-study, on-site or remotely, presenting to 4 or 5 Batch employees. (2h of preparation time onsite, or 48h of preparation time if conducted remotely, then a maximum of 1h for the presentation itself).
4 - Meeting with one of the Batch cofounders (30 to 45 minutes).

At the end of this 4-step process, if successful, Batch will make a job offer to the candidate.
