The Sales Team is growing fast and is looking for a future Business Developer (German native) ! 👋

The Country Opener is responsible for the commercial development of Batch in a new market : Germany. 🔥🔥
He/she will conduct a strategic analysis of the national market and develop both the MRR and the Batch’s client base in the region.

On a day to day level the objectives will consist of:

Mapping :

  • Studying the market and speaking with a maximum number of people in order to identify and map the correct points of contact at both existing and potential clients (and their subsidiaries)
  • Identifying, with the support of the Business Operations team, the high priority targets (by vertical/organisation type/level of access)
  • Being the guardian of knowledge across the local competitive landscape and the associated product offerings.

Selling :

  • Generating qualified sales opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle, working with the resources available - Product Specialist, Marketing, CSM, Legal.

Profil recherché

**- Native German speaker with knowledge of the German market (French and/or English as a second language)

  • SaaS experience and/or MarTech strongly appreciated**
  • A background in Inbound/Outbound sales prospecting and new business closing (3 to 4 years of experience in Sales)
  • Pragmatic approach, results focused, intellectually curious
  • Strong sense of responsibility, fully autonomous with an innate interest in developing new markets
  • Culture of delivering on and exceeding the objectives set
  • Strong relationship building skills, excellent communications skills both verbally and written
  • Dynamic and full of energy

Wages to be defined according to profile (70k€-85k€ package)


Déroulement des entretiens

Batch conducts all its interviews in the same way, 4 simple and clear stps for each candidate:
1 - Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
2 - Onsite interview with HR accompanied by the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
3 - Conduct and complete a Case-study, on-site or remotely, presenting to 4 or 5 Batch employees.
4 - Meeting with one of the Batch cofounders (30 to 45 minutes).

At the end of this 4-step process, if successful, Batch will make a job offer to the candidate.
