We are looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a focus on paid media. This mainly operationally focused role's core responsibility is to design, develop, optimize and oversee the execution of demand generation programmes, campaigns and paid media assets, in support of the demand generation’s team focus and strategy. The role partners with the other marketing teams to ensure demand generation campaigns and all paid media activities are aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile, fit for the purpose of meeting lead, MQL and Pipeline targets, considering local market conditions and sales challenges.

The Manager, Global Demand Generation is a data-driven marketer with experience working on high-performing, integrated marketing program that are executed at scale. The role is responsible for supporting the planning and development of multi-channel programs to drive demand across all our markets, from NN prospects, Customers and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wider design of targeted, relevant marketing programs that engages our prospects, aligns to our ICP, and ensures those programs are insight-driven, audience-led, and supportive of our global strategy and growth targets
  • Ensure that all media activities reflect the wider cross-functional program approach for demand generation to create and echo a unified approach to our growth efforts
  • Ensure all digital media partners and activities are insight-driven, audience-led, aligned to our ICP, and supportive of our global strategy and growth objectives
  • Manage the central planning, buying & execution of all external digital media for demand generation activities
  • Digital channel responsibility including, affiliate display, retargeting, programmatic and paid social
  • Be a trusted partner and work closely with the data & ops team to ensure that external channel performance and practice is aligned to internal working principles and develop knowledge and reporting between channel and journeys
  • Relationship owner for digital media partners – working closely to pace budgets, enhance performance and drive joined-up reporting
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Proposition Marketing and BDR teams to ensure goals are met
  • Create a quarterly testing plan; identify and test new channels and collaborate with wider DG and data & ops for continuous optimization
  • Build and manage the briefing process (internal and external) and work closely with wider marketing teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure programs are executed as planned and are on-time, on-brand, on-brief and on-budget
  • Slice, dice, and analyse data to create a segmented approach to increase engagement and optimize media spend
  • Responsible for reporting and data management for key DG initiatives and programmes
  • Ability to work with sales leadership and help devise marketing tactics to deliver to the needs / requirements

Profil recherché

To be successful in this role, you are/have:

  • Proven experience and understanding B2B marketing
  • Digitally savvy, modern marketer with good knowledge of multi-channel programs

  • Thorough understanding of the prospect & customer lifecycle and ability to bring a customer-first mindset to all initiatives

  • Ability to execute a program from conception, gaining commitment and engaging cross-functional stakeholders through the process

  • Strong communicator and presenter with a proven ability to collaborate across Marketing and Sales teams to drive towards shared goals

  • Mix of creative and analytical skills with a strong bias for action and results

  • Skilled project manager, able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a global organisation, manage agencies and third-party vendors
  • Data-oriented and analytical, effective at translating metrics into actionable insights that will drive and improve performance
  • Media agency experience or experience working with media agencies desirable
