The talent sourcer’s mission is to support the talent acquisition team’s vision to position Baracoda as an employer of choice through talent sourcing and project work.
This role is more than simple recruiting, you should be able to convey Baracoda’s strategy and build career opportunities that engage passive talent. You should be good in head hunting, and have an ease in networking within the industry. Your mission is to identify the right talent. You’ll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies that promote direct methods to source, evaluate, and pin down exceptional candidates for Baracoda.
You will have the opportunity to source for a wide range of positions within all Baracoda’s startups.
Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
This is a 6 months minimum contract.
