The Product owner’s a multidiscipline position that consists of 2 main roles:

Learning Role

• User research: from Discovery of the potential user’s profile and needs, to regularly interviewing - Customers, until the product is suitable for the market
• Interact with different stakeholders and communities to understand better the trends to create our unique value proposition
• Organize Ideation workshop design the new product
• Market sizing of the opportunity for Baracoda in different Go to market scenarios

Organizing Role

Main point of contact of the project, responsible to validate the Desirability, Viability and Feasibility assumptions.

• Cross-functional team coordination (Marketing, Hardware Engineers, Software developer, UIUX Designers, Data Scientists)
• Provide insights for Product final specifications
• Preparation for Vetting session, applying the BLabs Innovation Framework to evaluate the project
