Are you looking for a rich and significant experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development, at the crossroads of the digital and wellness sectors? This opportunity is for you!

As an Operational Marketing and Sales Project Manager, reporting to the Business & Marketing & Communication Director, your main objective will be to actively participate in the product launch and commercial development of the business in all its aspects:

  • Follow-up of the sales pipeline and customer/partner contacts on daily requests
  • Customer and internal project follow-up for B to B key-accounts (brief, internal coordination of dev, UI, QA, industrial team, formal reporting…)
  • Offer development: for ongoing customer accounts or tech partners, definition of the experience according to the issues, UX and UI brief of the interface and mobile app, development of adapted commercial offers
    More specifically:
  • Writing, graphic finalization and modifications of marketing, sales and communication materials on projects by client
  • Internal and customer meetings: preparation of materials, participation and writing of minutes with a good perception of the exchanges
  • Preparation of trade shows: organization, mock-ups, purchases, travel, assembly…
  • Participation in trade shows and demonstrations to present the product and the brand
  • Taking charge of projects independently over time

Profil recherché

BMirror is looking for an Operational Marketing & Sales Project Manager who wishes to contribute to the advancement of projects while increasing his/her skills.

We are looking for a motivated, involved, autonomous person with good interpersonal skills!

  • You have a 1st experience in : Marketing/Industrial project management/B-to-B sales/Start-up
  • A good knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint is imperative
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be a plus

Resourcefulness and good humor will be the key points, the following qualities will help:

  • Have a business vision and a good tech sensitivity at the same time
  • Quick understanding of the stakes, and of the figures
  • Rigor and human intelligence in the follow-up of interactions and projects (internal / external)
  • Ability to synthesize and formalize, respect deadlines, ability to alert in a clear manner
  • Autonomy, rigor and reactivity, a resourceful side to find practical solutions to all situations and emergencies of a start-up!
  • Excellent writing skills, aesthetic sense, creativity
  • Good interpersonal skills, taste for teamwork, good humor and adaptability

At ease with spoken English: You must be able to present the product without losing your temper and follow meetings in English.
Pace: Minimum of 2 weeks/month in the company, possibility of telecommuting
Duration: 1 year (Bac+5)
Starting date: End of September/beginning of October.
