Description
We are looking for a Junior Event Manager to support the expansion of our sales and marketing teams. Working hand in hand with our Event & Partnerships manager, you will play a key role in creating meaningful events for our clients and employees.
You will be in charge of:
Planning and organizing our presence at the events (booth design, speaking opportunities, product presentation, etc.)
Designing a bespoke customer experience on site and delivering it in collaboration with our Sales and Product teams.
Developing action plans and tracking their progress.
Researching service providers and monitoring the budget.
Identifying external events to attend and prioritizing them according to our objectives (commercial, brand awareness)
Organizing internal events (Innovation days, All hands, parties…)
Supporting the growth of our brand awareness on social networks in collaboration with the Community Manager.
You’re a problem solver with strong organizational skills. For you, time management is key, but you know how to deal with the unexpected whenever it happens
You have excellent communications skills and are not afraid to take initiative
You speak English and French fluently
1st experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
