Financial controller - W/M - Permanent - BARACODA

Your main tasks will be

• Participating in the month closing, preparing the reports (P&L, BS and cash flows) for the entities you are in charge, analyzing gaps with N-1/budget/forecast
• Consolidating the reports of all companies of Baracoda group (P&L, BS and cash flows)
• Realizing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the management of the entities
• Working with the management of each entity as you will be their contact person for managing their P&L
• Preparing monthly and quarterly analyses for the CFO. Especially, you are in charge of the presentations for COMEX and shareholders meeting
• Taking care of the correct enforcement of the existing process and working on improving them
• Participating in the continuous improvement of Baracoda group: creation of new process, controlling, automatization, implementation of new tools
• Managing a junior financial controller who will support you in your tasks

• You have a good knowledge of accounting, as you will work closely with accounting team
• You are fluent in English so working with our entities in Hong Kong, Poland, the US will not be a problem for you
• You have 5 years of experience in financial controlling and consolidation, ideally in a fast-growing company environment
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft excel
• You appreciate to work in a fast-growing environment
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy the challenge of continuously improving things/files/process/tool
• You are organized, curious and you like to understand what is behind the figures
