Duties & Responsibilities:
Bagatelle is looking for a social media savvy freelancer to handle its Miami restaurant’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok). As Social Media Content Creator your missions will be to:

• Create an inspiring and engaging content plan based on our commercial calendar
• Handle our local Instagram account’s copywriting, content creation, publishing and community management
• Visit our Miami restaurant on a regular basis (minimum 3 times a week) to capture rich and relevant content (photography, videography)
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok (reels, stories, posts, etc.)
• Continuously monitor social performance against KPIs
• Always be one step ahead with regards to evolving social media features and trends.

Working Conditions:
• Miami-based position
• Flexible to work daytime and evenings (as required by and in line with the content plan)
• Working Hours: 18 hours a week, a combination of live reporting/content creation and video/photo editing as required
• Equipment: you will need to use your own shooting (phone, camera, stabilizer etc.) and editing equipment (computer, photo & video editing software, presentation software) to shoot, edit and publish content.

Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape: Instagram, TikTok
• Proven track-record and demonstrated excellence in content creation and social strategy including growth tactics and increased engagement
• Creative-minded, autonomous, reliable and organized
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, combined with the ability to easily adapt to the brand’s tone of voice
• An incredible eye for detail and a passion for socially optimized content
• A natural team player, who can work with individuals of all experience levels
• Ability to use Keynote / Google Sheets / Social tools
• English native. French a strong plus.
