As Strategic Business Manager you will be responsible for leading projects for high profile merchants and markets.

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇

  • Build long-lasting relationships with C-Level executives and with key decision makers in your target accounts.
  • Feed and monitor your portfolio by providing a consultative, solution oriented sales, marketing and logistic approach
  • Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our Sellers
  • Help to elaborate Back Market business strategy thanks to your field feedback & experience 
  • Be proficient leveraging data to track sellers performances and analyze trends and create projection
  • Lead Business Review with your seller to plan and manage strategic plan 
  • Highly contribute to our business growth by working cross functionally within Back Market
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have previous experience in a Global & fast-growing environment 
  • You have proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
  • You have SQL and/or Tableau experience, if not, readiness to learn and hone analytics skills is also good!
  • You are confident in business and technical conversations and can break down complex concepts for anyone to understand
  • You have a proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a result-oriented team in a fast-paced work environment
  • You are resourceful, scrappy, and creative — if a playbook doesn't exist yet, you are excited to figure it out and build it for the whole team to use
  • You’re a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute on Sellers Growth plan at scale.
  • You speak a native level of English and have worked with international customers using this language.
