Descriptif du poste

As a member of the Product team, you will be a key player in the development of the Back Market activity at the international level (EU/USA). Located in our Paris office, you will work closely with our development, customer care, business development and marketing teams, a group of passionate professionals committed to the promotion of refurbished and back market products.

As a Product Owner, you will work on a daily basis with our developers in order to guide and optimize one of our functional perimeters :

  • Within your feature team, you will be the entry point for the different teams to understand the short, medium and long term priorities and translate the Back Market vision into a product vision adapted to your scope;

  • You will liaise with all the other POs and the different feature teams to ensure that your product fits perfectly into the Back Market experience;

  • You will be in charge of defining your team’s product roadmap: creating, maintaining and maintaining a list of prioritized features in order to continuously improve our user experience;

  • Your rigor will allow you to guide your feature team in the most efficient way possible: writing detailed technical specifications, being as efficient as possible on the definition of our user stories, evaluating the different evolution requests, continuously benchmarking to participate in the evolution of our user experience are for you no brainer;

  • You will show initiative to animate our different agile rites. The different refinement, sprint planning, demo and retro have no secrets for you - You also know how to question your own functioning as well as that of the team (because it is necessary to understand how to continuously improve our methodology to be always more efficient);

  • You will be responsible for the planning of the different releases within your perimeter. Thanks to your ownership, you know how to adjust priorities if necessary, communicate, work closely with developers to ensure our quality standards and respect our commitments;

  • You are able to communicate on the risks and impacts of proposed changes, anticipate potential problems;

  • Creating and maintaining documentation to promote internal knowledge and ensure that all departments fully understand our product is a natural reflex for you;

  • You are ready to follow and accompany the change, from the point of view of organization, work methods, pace of delivery etc. ;

  • You have an analytical mind. Monitoring our key performance indicators, in order to measure the quality of our features and propose new increments is part of your daily life.

You’re perfect for this role if :

  • A strong experience (2 years and more) as a PO in an Agile environment on issues related to improving the customer / merchant experience. Bonus points if you already have experience in the e-commerce sector.

  • You have a perfect mastery of Agile concepts. You have the ability to bring new methods of design, prioritization and facilitation of your team’s work.

  • Your technical knowledge allows you to interact with our developers on a daily basis.

  • You have a passion for the Product. By having the user at the center of all your thoughts, you aim for innovation to maximize the impact of our product.

  • You are able to motivate your choices strategically (via insights, KPIs etc.). You must be able to challenge your intuitions through the use of data.

  • You have effective and precise communication skills. The animation of relationships with all Feature Team stakeholders will be at the heart of your mission.

  • You are rigorous, humble, curious and proactive. Team spirit is essential for you.

  • You are fluent in English, we are an international team.
