YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Manage autonomously the Talent Acquisition target on your perimeter
  • Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!
  • Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data-driven key metrics and continuously improve our hiring strategy
  • Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision making
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our people
  • Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and scaling up an organization
  • Experience in developing strategic and tactical sourcing plans for recruiting needs
  • Skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
  • A great team player able to work in a team for a common goal
