Within the RPF (Risk, Payments & Fraud) Department, we are at the heart of various product launches (new payment methods, insurances, high value-added services for our sellers, etc.) and country launches that contribute to the strong growth of Back Market.Our mission is to generate new revenues, to optimise and monitor the smooth running of the marketplace while providing operational support to the other departments. In this context, we are looking for a Payment Manager who will be a key member of the Payment team.
Your Mission (if you accept it):
Monitor the payment performances for each of our markets and find optimisation opportunities to increase our conversion ratesDesign the best payment UI/UX for our customers and sellers by working closely with product owners and sharing relevant business insightsProvide benchmarks, researches and business cases to help the country expansion team making informed decisions and guarantee the rollout successAdvise the OPS team on the conception of new offers or services, to ensure that payment compliance is at the heart of each new projectWork with the fraud team to develop a bespoke anti-fraud approach for each of our existing and future countriesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders on the implications of new payment methods addition, new regulations and compliance matters such as PSD2, PCI-DSS, AML/CFT...Lead payment incident resolution both internally and externallyYou are at the right place if:
