Our People team is excited to open an internship & welcome an entry-level talent as Talent Sourcing Manager in Paris. The hyper growth that our scale-up has been experiencing made us realize that having someone to support our HR processes, especially in the Talent Acquisition area, would be a game changer! Up for the challenge?😉

During your internship, you will get one of the best overviews of how an e-commerce works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses, such as Back Market, to success.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Source the best talents thanks to LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our Talent Acquisition database up-to-date
  • Work on monitoring related recruitment KPIs through reports
  • Advertise our jobs, improving quality and ensuring it respects our brands guidelines
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in activities such as scheduling, organizing events (Career Fairs), and Employer Branding
  • Work hands-in-hands with the People team and the Business to generate the best-in-class People strategy
  • YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

  • You’re are a native English speaker or you speak fluently
  • You have prior experience (internships included) in Project Management / Human Resources
  • Excel skills, and overall, analytical / structured way of thinking is your super strength
  • Good if you had experience with Social Media Management / Employer Branding projects
  • You thrive in a fast pace environment and enjoy a scale-up culture
  • Whenever you’re facing a problem – you love to dig-in and find ways to solve it. Not only solve it but be proactive about it!
  • You are a team player and the idea of being a part of an environmental revolution inspires you!

  • Technical test
  • Interview with Billy, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Interview with Elisa, Manager of Talent Acquisition Generalists’ team
