YOUR MISSION (if you accept it):
Lead internal global projects ( Christmas gifts, Monday Brief, newsletter, summer gifts)Make sure Back Market’s culture is well-spread globally, by being the main international coordinator for all our officesPlan and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar that drives engagement with our employees together with the Office Managers Team. ( editorial meeting, culture calendar, posts on our social network/s)Help set up and facilitate a global communications networkProactively research new solutions to bring employees together and come up with innovative ideas that are in line with Back Market’s spirit.Update our social networks to promote Back Market’s internal activities and cultivate our brand as a workplace.Help the Office Manager to organize internal events digitally and IRL (birthdays, anniversaries, event-specific celebrations, training, weekly lunches).WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in communications (internal /external).Fluency in both French and English, with excellent writing skills in both for effective collaboration with the US & FR teams. Being able to write casually/colloquially with proper spelling and grammar is a must for both languages.Detail-oriented and a demonstrated ability to multitask, together with a high level of initiative and motivation.Discretion and confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A positive, friendly and outgoing personalityWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US:
