With its growing team, the Infrastructure Team is looking for its Engineering Manager to build an even stronger collective and an even more reliable structure.

International scaling is our next big challenge!

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Build and run the infrastructure that supports Back Market websites in Europe, America and Asia
  • Be the garant of the work methodology, processes and framework already in place to empower the engineers
  • Continuously adapt all of those, based on your observation, experience and feedback from the team, to make sure they’re always relevant and adapted to the evolutions of the team
  • Working together with the Cloud Architect, you’ll ensure engineers are always following the vision and implementing tools that support it
  • Stay in touch with other teams in the Platform tribe (Data, SRE, IT, etc…), as well as developments teams to define the roadmap

    • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have a significative and successful experience in both management or leadership positions and as an infrastructure engineer, DevOps, or SRE
  • You understand what DevOps is about and want to apply its principles but also have knowledge of Public Clouds infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc
  • You embrace the servant leadership principles as much as you value empathy and cordial debates over a"top-down" management posture
  • You love to coach or mentor people and are ready to do everything to help them grow
  • You have great communication skills in English (French is a bonus)
