As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will participate in the development of the traffic, the notoriety of Back Market and the attraction, conversion and retention of Backers (Back Market customers) in France and all countries where we are present (USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Finland - Other countries coming soon).

In our Bordeaux office, you will work in close collaboration with our sales and technical teams, a group of passionate professionals committed to the promotion of the refurbished products market. Reporting to Steven, our CRM / PRM Manager, you will help to craft and execute the CRM strategy in Germany and Austria.

Your Mission If You Accept It:

  • You will manage and optimize our CRM campaigns in Germany
  • You will monitor customer experience across channels to engage with our user base (email, web push notifications, mobile notifications) 
  • You will build and iterate on customer lifecycle communications 
  • You will enhance segmentation and manage database health to ensure deliverability and IP reputation are at targeted levels and make sure any actions for improvement are completed
  • You will review and learn from database growth activity to analyse results in order to constantly learn, test and improve
  • You will continuously benchmark market competitors to define customer behaviour and industry best practice
  • You will update and distribute weekly status reports and daily sheets, input project data
  • You Are At Th Right ¨Place If:

  • You are fluent in German (C2) and English is a no brainer for you
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience as a CRM Coordinator, preferably in BtoC
  • You control customer retention tactics
  • You understand lifecycle principles, and use your strong project management skills to develop campaigns that help solve customer problems
  • You are creative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You already used a CRM campaign management tool / ESPs
  • You are able to work independently, possess drive and initiative
  • You are curious about new trends and practices around customer loyalty
  • Team spirit is essential for you
