As a part of the Supply Team, you will be actively contributing to the growth of Back Market. Thanks to an accurate monitoring system, you will be responsible for the tracking of the Supply Team performances and set up dedicated action plans.

Based in our Parisian office, you will be working closely with Ange, our Lead Business Data Analyst.

Your Mission If You Accept It:

Use data to help the monitoring of the Supply team performance and improve the existing process including:

• Collect and challenge the data needs of the business teams
• Be responsible with the Ops teams for the creation, implementation and adoption of new KPIs by the business teams
• Create and automate high added value dashboards
• Track and monitor on a daily basis, the operational performances of the Supply based on key performance indicators (GMV, Stocks, Average baskets, etc…)
• Be responsible for maintaining, updating and improving the monitoring tools
• Propose new relevant analysis to the business teams
• Work hand in hand with the Operations team and provide them with the relevant data to build the Supply projects roadmap

• You have 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
• You graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or equivalent
• You are fluent in both English & French
• You have proven experience with SQL, Tableau & Excel (Alteryx, Python and Snowflake are a plus)
• You are transparent and you easily communicate on your progress and difficulties
