Your main mission will be to participate in the report business analysis of our e-commerce activity.

You will be part of our digital division and will report directly to the E-commerce Director. Your missions will be the following:

European business

Daily/weekly/periodic monitoring and analysis of:

  • Ecommerce trading performance, purchase funnel and trends to anticipate issues and opportunities
  • Acquisition, behavior, conversion and AOV – providing context to the key drivers of performance
  • Category analysis – traffic, product range, price, promotion and service offer
  • Support the ecommerce store managers with assortment update and site merchandising by providing insight into the multichannel customer journey
  • Country/geographic market analysis – help identify the key elements of localization to drive commercial growth
  • Work with the Direct-to-Consumer team (CRM and digital marketing) to integrate insights and data in analysis and reporting
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports with KPIs, key learnings and recommendations
  • Manage and deliver analytics and business development projects
  • Work with the E-commerce Director on the consolidated budgeting and forecasting model and processes to make them localized yet scalable

Global business

  • Standardize analysis methodologies and processes, bringing efficiency, uniformity and timeliness to required insights
  • Create and maintain a dashboard with insights that communicate to audiences at different levels of the organizational hierarchy and differing levels of data/analytics understanding
  • Keep abreast of e-commerce and technological trends, as well as business partner and industry developments
  • Produce quarterly and seasonal reports with key learnings and recommendations
  • Propose, help prioritize and manage actions and projects to maximize commercial returns – both short-term and longer-term
  • Act as the primary liaison of the Digital Team for the data management and business intelligence implementation

Profil recherché

Required

  • Ability to triangulate data and to analyze and solve complex problems using information from multiple data sources
  • Highly numerate and results-orientated with attention to detail and profit maximization
  • Proficiency in Excel (Macros, VBA)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience using third-party analytics tools
  • Curious and proactive and with deep interest in culture, digital and technological developments and trends
  • Ability to produce innovative ideas, approaches and insights and to identify business development opportunities
  • Ability to pivot and to help the team pivot when changes are required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working for a B2C e-commerce brand
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team

Preferred

  • MBA or related advanced degree
  • Experience using Contentsquare
  • Experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector
