Descriptif du poste

In a context of a strong growth, we are looking for a news members in our Customer Support team with talents to grow with us.

Your daily job is to interract with our customers and make sure you answer all their requests with professionalism and efficiency.

You’ll be in contact with different teams such as sales, marketing and tech to help you resolve the requests.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for:

We don’t need specific graduation, but… our ideal Customer Care Manager:

  • A first experience of at least two years in a customer service is required
  • A first experience in B to B environment is a plus
  • You like to help customers and have a sense of priority in short notices delay
  • You re curious and learn quickly
  • Excellent skills in English(written and spoken), French is a plus
  • A experience in finance market is a plus
  • Like the knowledge of CRM tools like: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk…
  • Essentials qualities: autonomy, rigor and benevolence.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first visio meeting with a member or the Customer Support, 30 minutes
  • A second interview with one of our CEO
