Your job as Talent Acquisition Manager

AXA Climate grew from 0 to 120 employees in 3 years. We plan to recruit 30 new team members by the end of 2022 and keep the same recruitment pace in 2023. We truly believe that sharing the same values is key to our success, this is why we recruit our talents collectively.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be leading our recruitment process. You will be the first in your job and work directly with our Chief People Officer, and ourPeople Development Manager (to be recruited).

Missions

Recruitment:

  • Drive the recruitment as we scale, alongside with the CPO and our Ecosystem leaders;
  • Do the screening of our candidates;
  • Ensure the best candidate experience through all steps of our recruitment;
  • Partner with our Ecosystem leaders to define their hiring plan;
  • Define a sourcing strategy aligned with our culture;
  • Structure job descs templates aligned with our internal skills catalog;
  • Coach the hiring team members on recruitment best practices;
  • Identify the most accurate ATS, lead the implementation;

Employer Branding

  • Partner with the communication team on our employer branding strategy;
  • Be responsible for our LinkedIn Recruiter and Welcome to the Jungle accounts, plus all relevant tools related to talent acquisition.

Profil recherché

About you

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter / RPO
  • Experience in consulting and/or tech company and/or start-up is highly desirable
  • Experience in operational recruitment as well as project management
  • Knowledge of Notion tool is a plus

Skills:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong soft skills: agility, autonomy, collaboration, creativity, business orientation
  • Ability to drive large strategic initiatives while navigating a fast-growing organization across many geographies.
  • Sensibility to climate change topics
