AXA Corporate Center’s main missions are to:

  • Steer the entities in order to ensure the coherence of the strategies, the consistency of the commercial approaches as well as the optimization of the risks and results;

  • Defining and coordinating Group policies, different transversal projects and standards, identifying and sharing best practices;

  • Supporting the entities in order to help them to grow, to develop their offer, their management and steering standards as well as their risk management. 

The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in La Défense, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters is composed with over 850 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).  

Within the Group Talent & Learning mission, you will evolve through the operational HR team composed of 16 collaborators which main missions are:

  • Propose and deliver the HR strategy for GIE AXA, supporting managers to drive their teams through effective HRB Partnering and talent acquisition

  • Develop social strategy to support business transformation and organisational change while maintaining a qualitative social dialogue

  • Roll out and adapt the Group HR compensation policy; manage promotion process…

  • Support GIE AXA's cultural transformation

  • Roll out Group Health policy; manage medical office

  • Guarantee compliance with local legislation and AXA standard

Primary mission:

As a Recruiter, you will interact with the Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define / reach a business resourcing strategy and handle the recruitment process. You will support the business through translating business requirements into recruitment plans. You may also be providing strategic direction on the best way to approach recruitment for a business line.

Core activities:

For a dedicated portfolio of BU & departments (Actuarial, Risk Management, Audit, Corporate Finance…), you will oversee the following activities: 

  • Proactively work with the business to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs;

  • Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs;

  • Determine selection criteria in link with AXA Group strategy;

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;

  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;

  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with other HR and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities;

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department;

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;


Profil recherché

Technical and professional skills:

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and French

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization

Soft skills:

  • Strong customer focus to understand and anticipate the needs and to provide customized solutions

  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written); Listen and communicate efficiently, adapting to various audiences and channels;

  • Ability to deliver and monitor processes in autonomy, very result-orientated 

Experience:      

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
