The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Communications and Brand department. Within this Department, you will be part of the Brand team, in charge of the design and the management of AXA’s Brand strategy globally.

Your job and daily missions:


Within the Communications and Brand department, you will support the Global Brand Strategic Partners in the deployment of AXA’s Brand strategy through advertising campaigns across markets.


Your key tasks will be:

  • Project management throughout the creative, production and delivery processes of each campaign in support of the Brand Partners.
  • Coordination with agencies (local, regional, central) and AXA entities for each campaign development. You may be appointed as a delegate to attend meetings.
  • Support of local brand teams in the deployment of AXA’s Brand strategy and regular monitoring of local advertising activity across markets. You will be the go-to person for all brand-related topics for the entities under your responsibility.
  • Preparation and formatting of brand communications, reports, and presentations. 
  • Administrative tasks such as keeping the calendar of deliverables, preparation of meetings, minutes, and follow-up of tasks.


  • You’ll need to build stable and trusting relationships with the AXA brand teams across the world in complex contexts and multicultural environments.
  • You will need to coordinate efforts of internal and external stakeholders, and follow-up a high volume of campaigns under tight schedule constraints.


  • You will support the Brand Partners throughout the development of regional and global campaigns.
  • You will support the Brand Partners in the management of the relationship with the AXA Brand teams based in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
  • You may be requested to act as a supervisor to ensure consistent implementation of the brand strategy and identity across markets in local advertising campaigns.

Profil recherché

  • You should demonstrate good knowledge of project management.
  • You must be very curious and passionate.
  • You should also possess the following skills and competencies:
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong communications / project management skills
    • A background in Communication
    • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport, credibility, and strong working relationships both internally and externally
    • Be a team player able to collaborate across organizational boundaries, embrace change, and make improvements to working practices
    • At ease in a multi-cultural working environment
    • Sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills
    • Occasional travel may be involved. Valid Passport is required
