Com’s plan for Social Media & Marketing & PR
• Provide the outlook and strategy to execute the social media & marketing & PR programming of the WISE projects
• Define global objectives & action plan along with the team
• Make sure that all teams are aligned and execute the coms recommendation as planned
• Client’s main interface to communicate about the strategy and action plan
• Help the team identifying format, messaging and content type during key moments and events throughout the year.
• Budget follow-up: manage the social media budget for the project assuring the month-to-month is up to date.
• Search & Recruit freelancers according to your needs and projects (build your network)
• Prepare all meeting and coordinate presentation
• Coordinate and manage the digital team members, globally coordinating the work, as well as coordinating freelancers including: graphic designers, videographers, and social media coordinators.

> For Other Projects (20%)

Develop new business proposals and com’s coordination

• You have com’s skills: you know how to build a com’s plan (minimum 5 years of experience in communication field required)
• You are Social Media sensitive
• You are bilingual (imperative that English is fluent/mother-tongue and it is a plus if you speak arabic)
• You have strong coordination skills
• You are and team-player, strong emotional intelligence, proactivity, and organizational skills.
• You are reactive and flexible
• You can travel to Doha
• Knowing the Middle East Region is a plus
