    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager/Head of Google Ads (Display) (f/m/d) to run our European market and support us on our way to becoming a global leader in the hearing aid industry.

    You have a proven track record within the Google Ads Display Channel? Digital world is your second home and you have excellent planning and project management skills? Then we are searching for you! 

    You responsibilities:  

    • You will take responsibility for our European customer acquisition strategy within the Google Ads (Display) Channel
    • You will work closely together with other channels and international marketing teams in Miami, Denver Seoul and Berlin
    • You will plan, monitor, and optimize performance on all KPIs along the customer funnel
    • You will be responsible for the creative conceptualization of advertising materials as well as planning and implementing campaigns
    • You will further develop our customer acquisition approach within the Google Ads (Display) Channel and continuously look for new possibilities in and outside of the Channel to improve the business

    Your profile:  

    • Extensive experience with Google Ads (Display)
    • Experience with other channels such as Programmatic Display, SEA and/or Facebook is a plus
    • Proven experience working on high volume, performance-based, direct response marketing accounts
    • Creative and analytical skills - you can come up with new creative ad & landing page ideas while you are also strong in monitoring & analysing performance in order to define the next optimization steps
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: you are a self-starter always trying to find opportunities to improve what we do
    • Passion and an open eye for “the future of media” based on the industry trends (digital innovation, customer level targeting, dynamic creative optimization, media consumption, e-commerce/retail level targeting capabilities)
    • Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a rapid environment 
    • Fluent in English/ min. B2 in German
