As VP of US Sales and Marketing, you will be heading the Sales and Marketing actions for the US market (our #1 market worldwide) to grow brand awareness and sales on this territory. You will also manage our US branch, which includes people’s management and office management.

On this role, you will work closely with our team members based in France and in our other international locations, to ensure all efforts are aligned for efficiency and consistency and will act both on a management/strategic level and on an operational level.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Build and grow Arturia’s presence in the USA, including sales, marketing and partnerships designed to drive increased awareness and development of the brand.
  • Be a proud and effective ambassador for the Arturia brand in the world’s biggest MI (Music Industry) market.
  • Definition and achievement of the sales and gross margin targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Construction and management of the appropriate sales and marketing organization to meet the demands of the market and potential customers, including:
    • Directly managing major and critical developing client accounts and coordinating the management of all other accounts via in-house and independent sales representatives
    • Leading, managing, and growing a team of sales and marketing professionals; acquire talent that creates competitive advantage for Arturia
    • Setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
    • Implement sales and marketing processes and tools throughout the organization; create clear metrics and dashboards to measure and drive performance
  • Looking after the development of the brand in the USA, and notably:
    • In partnership with the global marketing team in France, defining and implementing go-to-market strategies and tactics for the US market
    • Achieving key strategic position for the product portfolio and the company
  • Carry out a watch on sales and marketing practices, especially among our direct competitors, to follow and anticipate trends and market changes.
  • Creating progress reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
  • Manage the US office and carry out US corporation administrative tasks as required from time to time.
  • Support and carry out green and environmental initiatives in which the company is committed to.
  • Serve all Arturia stakeholders including staff, investors, partners and, of course, customers.

Profil recherché

  • 8+ years of direct and indirect sales experience in the MI market.
  • Key account sales experience in the USA with Guitar Center, Sweetwater, Amazon, and Sam Ash.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers at all levels of organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement relentlessly with a process mindset.
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues in France and the US to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • At ease in a fast-growing and tech-driven environment.
  • Availability to work early in the day as daily collaboration with Arturia France is critical.

  • Fulltime employment
  • Frequent domestic travel, and occasion international travel to France
  • The company will not pursue or support US visa sponsorship for this position
