You will support the CRM Manager in implementing our customer strategy to increase user satisfaction, retention and value. You will prepare and monitor the performance of our campaigns (promotions, product launches and global content):
Emailing Campaign Management :
Plan, build and manage ad-hoc campaigns (working with internal copywriting and design teams) to drive strategy and performance.
Work on segmentation to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
Increase our newsletter subscribers base and engagement.
Monitor and improve key email marketing KPIs: open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes.
CRM management :
Helping to implement new B2C and B2B CRM tools.
Support in the development of segmentation strategies with the data team.
Assist the CRM Manager in optimizing the customer journey to ensure users have the best possible in-product experience.
Create the Customer lifecycle experience for each segment to maximize their lifetime value (onboard, engage, retain, cross sell and upsell)
· Master’s degree in marketing, communication studies or equivalent
· Experience in digital marketing environment, especially using CRM tools.
· Autonomy, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
· Fluent English written and spoken; French is a bonus
