Key responsibilities

Working closely with the HR Generalist you will be responsible for leading a direct sourcing recruitment function that brings in the best talent and is scalable to meet our ambitious growth plans within the data and consulting division of the business. 

  • You will partner with the HR Generalist and hiring managers to understand the roles, organise interviews, collate feedback and provide candidates with an outstanding experience overall. 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • You will share our values and ensure this is communicated to candidates throughout the process 
  • You will be responsible for planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events such as graduate days
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Skills Required

  • Experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle for roles at all levels particularly in consulting and tech or digital marketing. 
  • Expert in direct sourcing through Linkedin and the ability to use creative means to source top consulting and tech talent 
  • Happy to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and make an immediate contribution. 
  • Experience using an ATS is desirable
  • First-rate communicator who can build relationships with colleagues quickly and deal with all levels from exec members to junior staff.
  • Above all, culture fit is crucial. You will need to have a positive, friendly and flexible attitude and thrive in working in a small team in a growing agency.
