You will work as a team member of the Global & France Marketing department, based at the headquarters Paris of Artefact (Work From Home will be the standard way of working until the Covis crisis is solved and new regulations are stated).
You will work in project mode, in partnership with several people within the team, directly with the VP Marketing Group as well as with the Marketing Manager France & Marketing Automation Manager.
Moreover, you will be part of an international team of Marketing colleagues to collaborate, deploy new projects throughout the Group and share best practices.
As Marketing Communications BtoB Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

Marketing automation - Lead Generation programs
You have a strong foundation in Digital Marketing (website, social media, content management) and some appetence for Lead Generation programs (Advertising, Mailings). Having a prior experience in BtoB Marketing with some Marketing Automation skills will be a plus. You are familiar with technology tools or you have a former experience in the software and IT business, this will be very helpful to ease your integration.
The ideal candidate is technical, organized, rigorous, business driven and has strong attention to detail. The candidate will work in a very agile and proactive mode with a high tempo. Therefore the person needs to be rather autonomous and hands-on, in a very hard-working but dynamic and enthusiastic environment.
