Descriptif du poste

You will work as a team member of the Global & France Marketing department, based at the headquarters Paris of Artefact (Work From Home will be the standard way of working until the Covis crisis is solved and new regulations are stated).
You will work in project mode, in partnership with several people within the team, directly with the VP Marketing Group as well as with the Marketing Manager France & Marketing Automation Manager.
Moreover, you will be part of an international team of Marketing colleagues to collaborate, deploy new projects throughout the Group and share best practices.

As Marketing Communications BtoB Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Events & Webinars’ organisation (once the Covis crisis fade away, other types of events like Breakfasts and Round Tables will also be organised)
  • Production of all communication deliverables related to these events (webpage, LinkedIn post, mailing campaigns, etc..)
  • Coordination with the key stakeholders: the suppliers of events Hub Institute, EBG, Big Boss, StartUpInside, etc…) and the internal speakers (business consultants) and clients’ or partners’ speakers
  • Using our Marketing Automation tool (Pardot) to be able to send some mailing campaigns & landing pages and organise webinars with our dedicated tool
  • Follow-up of leads generated by these events: qualification, assignment and processing in our tools (Marketing Automation and CRM Salesforce)
  • Tracking of potential themes of webinars, competitive benchmark
  • Reporting & benchmark of data marketing - technology - media events.

Brand content management, PR and social media activity:

  • According to our brand content activity (blog articles, press releases, cases studies, video testimonials, corporate news), work on the editorial planning of our social media accounts (Linkedin,Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and post these contents accordingly
  • Designing banners, selecting relevant pictures to bring impact to our marketing deliverables
  • Coordinating with our freelancers (PR copywriters, translators) to ensure the quality of our pieces of contents
  • Identifying topics for blog articles and for PR bylines, benchmarking competition
  • Updating the website content with new services’ offering, new blog articles, corporate news, case studies, video testimonials

Marketing automation - Lead Generation programs

  • According to our events & webinars’ planning, define our advertising planning (budget, audience) and be able to deploy Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Reporting and analysis of the efficiency of these Ads campaigns
  • Mailing campaigns’ management
  • Interacting with web designers, content writers to create campaigns in our system, and ideally having the ability to design graphics, banners by herself/himself.

Profil recherché

You have a strong foundation in Digital Marketing (website, social media, content management) and some appetence for Lead Generation programs (Advertising, Mailings). Having a prior experience in BtoB Marketing with some Marketing Automation skills will be a plus. You are familiar with technology tools or you have a former experience in the software and IT business, this will be very helpful to ease your integration.

The ideal candidate is technical, organized, rigorous, business driven and has strong attention to detail. The candidate will work in a very agile and proactive mode with a high tempo. Therefore the person needs to be rather autonomous and hands-on, in a very hard-working but dynamic and enthusiastic environment.

Competencies required:

  • In the last year of business or engineering school, or Master 2 level, if possible with a first experience in B to B marketing in a technology company.
  • Very good level of written and spoken French & English mandatory
  • Mastery of the Office Pack, mastery of the Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Sales experience/ CRM management (Salesforce, Marketo, MSDynamics, Hubspot) valued.
  • Excellent written / oral communication
  • Entrepreneurial fiber and strong interest in new technologies, digital, data and marketing.
