Reporting directly to the CPO, you’ll have a transversal role in the Product team, supporting designers and product managers in the definition of our UX strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and document comprehensive customer experience journeys for users in both mobile and desktop environments
• Design, run and analyze concept validation studies with a sample of users
• Research consumer behaviors and expectations (Web3 industry)
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of findings and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders at all levels
• Work closely with the design team to build and maintain style guides, and support teams during the development cycle
• Create and test wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes
• Negotiate requirements and designs with product managers, designers, and developers
• Participate to the definition of our in-house design language to provide a unified set of UX and design rules
• Research and stay current with trends in UX and UI design

Preferred experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience on Saas products (mobile and web)
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry, blockchain paradigm and decentralization
• Comfortable working in agile environments (fast paced) and working closely with product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and QA
• Proficiency in design-related software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe products)
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, user flows, etc.)
• Strong ability to lead by influence not authority
