Reporting directly to the CPO and working closely with SPKZ inventors, you’ll support your fellow squad members (internal and external team) by driving the ideation, framing and documentation of new killing features to make SPKZ the best Web3 community platform of all time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and lead the roadmap for your team to achieve your mission and the platform strategy
• Listen to users and leverage market insights to identify problems and opportunities
• Focus on discovery to frame the problem and test multiple solutions before delivery
• Prioritize developments by assessing their impacts and efforts required
• Benchmark market competitors
• Work closely with Designer to create top notch and outstanding UX/UI
• Work closely with Program Manager and Lead tech to build a delivery plan with achievable and timeboxed objectives
• Track the success of your features and iterate
• Share strategy, roadmap, and product evolution to the company
• Work with the SPKZ community to make sure that they understand the product and new features

Preferred experience and skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PM (mobile and web)
• Experience in B2C community platform is a big plus
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry, blockchain paradigm and decentralization
• Take initiative, work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable working in a high deal-volume, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French and English; ability to clearly articulate and express complex ideas to a wide variety of people and groups
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams and other stakeholders
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude
