Reporting directly to the Product Design Lead, you’ll work on all products (mobile apps, Saas platform, web3 websites) to make them beautiful and powerful.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Research consumer behaviors and expectations (Web3 industry)
• Create and test wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes
• Use motion design / prototyping skills to best render animation principles.
• Contribute to the structuring of the design system in ZeroHeight
• Research and stay current with trends in UX and UI design

Preferred experience and skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience on Mobile or Saas products (mobile and web)
• Strong interest in product design trends
• Solid portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
• Genuine interest in the Web3 industry, blockchain paradigm and decentralization
• Comfortable working in agile environments (fast paced) and working closely with product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and QA
• Proficiency in design-related software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe CC)
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, user flows, etc.)
• Strong ability to lead by influence not authority
