The Junior Relationship Manager will integrate a newly-created team, supporting the Senior Relationship Manager in creating the processes and workflows needed to provide the best customer experience possible, in order to foster clients’ loyalty. You will support and increase the growth of accounts by being a key party from project kick-off and developing end-to-end relationships with brands.

Arianee is remote. You can work from anywhere. That does not mean you are alone; the team is always on Slack, Discord or https://spkz.io/ to debate or support the other members of the team. HQ is based in Paris where we have an office at La Caserne (75010) and where you can work or meet co-workers.

On a regular basis we catch up physically in one place for a couple of days. It is a time to meet, share, laugh and work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make the customer experience as smooth as possible and optimize for customer happiness
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring project success from kick-off to go-live, and maintaining relationship through follow-up
  • Inspire Customer Success across the Company: work closely with the Sales and Ops teams and other stakeholders in order to support growth
  • Contribute in developing an action plan to expand our presence within the accounts by identifying and proposing expansion or upsell opportunities
  • Design the customer journeys and activation plans strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly client meetings and workshops
  • Run competitive intelligence and benchmark brands’ web3 initiatives
  • Help build efficient processes and best practices as part of a new, growing team

Profil recherché

  • Business school - Masters degree
  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry
  • Marketing and business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Relationship management including with C-level and executives, ability to get people on board through negotiation and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • English fluency
  • You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints
  • You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your team or customers have and told you about
  • Knowledge of the Blockchain industry is a plus
