What you’ll do 🚀

As a Finance Manager, you will report directly to the founders and support them on operational and strategic finance-related and legal-related activities/projects.

As a lending company, Finance is core to Aria’s business and you will be central and will collaborate directly with other part of the organization. Your role will be key to help key decision stakeholders (decision-makers, Board).

You will be the first member of the finance department and you will have a lot of exciting projects and challenges coming up next year and will have an impact from day one !

In this role, you will work on :

Planning & reporting

• Drive the business planning process and the cash management reporting ;
• Analyse the financial trajectory of the business (top-line, EBITDA, cash) to identify areas of challenge and opportunities for improvement/value creation ;
• Own the monthly/quarterly reporting to the Board and the various debt-funders ;

Financial Process & Operation

• Set up efficient and robust account management ;
• Own all the financial process (invoicing, payroll mangement, supplier management, etc.) allowing the company to scale ;

SPV management

• Manage cash between SPVs ;
• Own the execution of the daily receivable transfer to the SPVs ;
• Interact with the various bondholders and debt-funders ;

Who you are 🤩

• You have higher education in Business Administration and/or finance-related subjects
• You have a previous relevant experience (>4 years) in transaction (M&A, Private Equity, Capital Market, etc.)
• You have advanced Skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
• You have strong communication and people skills.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You love to deep dive into data sets.
• You are curious and optimistic and you have an achiever mindset & interest in the start-up ecosystem.
