We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

As a UI/UX Designer at AppTweak, you will be at the center of the product design, which is the major driver of our company's growth. You’ll be part of the Discovery & Visibility cross-functional team (squad) and be responsible for achieving an amazing user experience through our platform.

Your role will be focused on bringing new features to life with clean UI and a smart UX, while continuously improving existing products and end-user experience. While working closely with the different members of your squad, you will have to maintain a deep interaction with the Design Team to ensure strong alignment and develop functional expertise.

Your responsibilities:

Your profile:

Must-have

• Fluent in English;
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and a first UI/UX design experience;
• Proven track record of designing digital products. You are able to showcase them with a portfolio or samples of previous work;
• Good understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Systems, and responsive design;
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch;
• Team player and over-communicator: track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team;
• Problem-solver mindset: you find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;
• Creative & Curious: you have a strong interest in UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation;
• Proactive, you are also a details focused person;
• You love food!

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of React or similar Javascript frameworks
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS

• A first video call with Madeleine, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to get to know each other and tell you more about AppTweak (40")
• A video interview with David (Head of Design) to deep dive into your past experience and learn more about your aspirations (1 hour).
• A take-home test to evaluate your skills related to the position.
• Case debrief with David and Ramzi (UX/UI Designer) to share the feedback and answer the remaining questions you might have (1 hour).
