About the role:

AppTweak’s Product Team has grown significantly over the last 2 years. Today we are looking for a passionate Product Operations to join the team and help run all the operational aspects of Product Management.

As Product Ops, your role will be to work closely with the Product Team and bring them the latest product management best practices. You will be responsible for streamlining and improving the Product team’s operations by bringing more standardization across the tools and processes we use. Your ultimate goal is to help the whole Product team thrive!

You’ll report directly to Marie-Laure, our Chief Product Officer, based in Brussels.

Your responsibilities:

Must have:

• You are fluent in English;
• Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field;
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or operational role that worked closely with product in a highly agile, project-based environment;
• Proven track record of leading product projects in the tech environment;
• Experience with any of the following tools: Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HotJar, or equivalent;
• Process-oriented: you love creating efficient and streamlined processes;
• Team player and over-communicator: track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team;
• Problem-solver mindset: you find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;
• Leadership: you have the ability to execute & deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and to motivate people to adopt change;
• Team player: you enjoy working with others. You have a proactive attitude and you like to make things move forward;
• Data-driven: data doesn’t scare you, you enjoy analyzing data and drawing actionable conclusions from it;
• Good empathy: you enjoy listening to others, and learning from their experience. You can easily put yourself in the shoes of others.
