💼 As a member of the Sales team, you will directly contribute in our growth and become part of a diverse team !

AOS is now going international and we need you to help us grow in Luxembourg !

Your goal will be to expand our presence on the international market, discover and sign new customers, and maximize our sales revenue.

🔍 Your main duties will be to :

  • Define a sales strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by the team ;

  • Target new clients in line with our strategy in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives aligned to the international geographical perimeter that you will be working within ;

  • Manage the entire sales cycle : from the contact point to the final negotiations and signature of contract ;

  • Bring in new deals and farm solid relationships with new and existing accounts through cross-selling & up-sell ;

  • Contribute to developing AOS’s network and public visibility through international trade fairs ;

  • Help improve our software platform through continuous feedback to our Product team.


Profil recherché

⚡About you !

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales manager or similar role, preferably in the AEC industry ;

  • Experience working in a technical client-facing role ;

  • Have great curiosity towards the construction industry sectors and their upcoming new challenges ;

  • Experience with softwares Hubspot or Salesforce ;

  • Commercially-minded and easy-going ;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ;

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively ;

  • Complete autonomy and able to work remotely ;

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment ;

  • Fluent in English, any additional European language is a plus.
