🚀AOS digitizes and optimizes the call for tender process in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. Their software simplifies the request, monitoring and analysis of bids to allow technical teams to focus on their core business.

🏗️ The AEC sector is now facing numerous challenges : although it is one of the most crucial sectors in the European economy, AEC actors are late on the integration of digital technology into their business. They need to fundamentally change how they operate.

🌍 AOS has started shaking up the French AEC sector when they raised about 4.5 million euros to create their software and expand on the market.

More than 80 highly talented and passionate individuals have now joined the AOS team in less than a year. Our vision is to keep growing fast in France as well as in the rest of Europe !

Descriptif du poste

💼 As a member of the Sales team, you will directly contribute in our growth and become part of a diverse team !

AOS is now going international and we need you to help us grow in Belgium !

Your goal will be to expand our presence on the Belgian market, discover and sign new customers, and maximize our sales revenue.

🔍 Your main duties will be to :

  • Define a sales strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by the team ;

  • Target new clients in line with our strategy in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives aligned to the international geographical perimeter that you will be working within ;

  • Manage the entire sales cycle : from the contact point to the final negotiations and signature of contract ;

  • Bring in new deals and farm solid relationships with new and existing accounts through cross-selling & up-sell ;

  • Contribute to developing AOS’s network and public visibility through international trade fairs ;

  • Help improve our software platform through continuous feedback to our Product team.

Profil recherché

⚡About you !

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales manager or similar role, preferably in the AEC industry ;

  • Experience working in a technical client-facing role ;

  • Have great curiosity towards the construction industry sectors and their upcoming new challenges ;

  • Experience with softwares Hubspot or Salesforce ;

  • Commercially-minded and easy-going ;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ;

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively ;

  • Complete autonomy and able to work remotely ;

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment ;

  • Fluent in English, any additional European language is a plus.
