Senior Product Manager

About your role:

Ankorstore has the ambition to bring technology in a world where both our buyers & sellers are used to phone calls, basic emails & physical trade shows. It’s a world where everything needs to be invented! Product Managers will lead Ankorstore’s effort to transform & innovate in an ecosystem only starting to digitize.

What will be your responsibilities:

• You are the owner of ambitious projects that usually look like “How can we double this KPI?”, you lead the effort until objectives are met
• You build a deep understanding of our users: you meet with clients every week, you run data analysis, you collect feedbacks from sales & marketing, you send surveys on a regular basis…
• You work hand-in-hand with a Product Designer and a team of experienced engineers
• You build the Product roadmap, create user stories, and ensure the engineering team is leveraged to its full potential
• You coordinate the effort with QA, Marketing & Sales to make sure the features are used by our clients and allow us to reach our objectives

What we require:

• At least 5 years experience in a Product Management role with a proven track record to build innovative tech products from the ground up
• You are data driven, you want to measure & analyze everything
• You know how to structure complex projects & can focus on what’s the most important
• You love to talk with users, to understand how they work & what they think of your product
• You want to work in teams, you believe the best solutions come after mixing different ideas & point-of-views rather than from individuals

Other qualities that would add value:

• Entrepreneurial experience
• SQL skills (it will be part of your job, but you will have the opportunity to learn at Ankorstore!)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German, dutch or Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with small retailers or brands
