The opportunity 🤓

As a marketing manager, you are the key figure in terms of Italy's marketing creation and coordination. Working closely together with Country Launcher, you will specifically address our customer groups and play a key role in our growth.

What will be your main responsibilities? 🧠

  • Create a compelling, user-insight-led local marketing strategy in close collaboration with Italy Country Launcher, considering all upper-funnel touch points
  • Planning, content creation and creation of locally relevant B2B marketing materials (e.g. white papers, advertorials, direct mailings/newsletters etc.) in cooperation with our experts from other departments as well as external partners
  • Design and develop our Social Media and Community local strategy
  • Together with the Country Launcher, you will be responsible for the localization of Ankorstore's global marketing strategy and the pivot of the relationship with the central team
  • Your creative heart beats for content-rich & visual content: whether it's attention-grabbing graphics, text or emotional video, you have fun creating content, sometimes also in collaboration with external partners. You love to create blogs, newsletters, product texts, customer brochures and website content with confidence, and you will also coordinate contributions from internal and external colleagues.
  • You’ll be the one developing newsworthy stories that live our brand purpose
  • You will coordinate a Social Media and Community Management Intern for content creation of B2B social media activities (Instagram, Facebook), design digital formats such as podcasts, webinars, and videos and produce them

What will you bring to the table? 💡

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing, sales or a comparable training
  • Work experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment in Italy
  • Online marketing experience with Facebook Analytics, WordPress, Google Analytics, Telegram
  • Photoshop or InDesign are an advantage
  • You are software and start-up affine: the day-to-day work with cloud-based tools (e.g. G-Suite, Slack) is no problem for you
  • Fluent italian speaker with a very good knowledge of English
  • Analytical mindset, conceptual strength and initiative
  • Hands-on mentality with a willingness to move things forward
  • As a professional in the field of content marketing, you have independently and successfully designed, implemented and continuously improved marketing content over the past few years
  • You already have professional experience in creating content and developing integrated editorial and marketing plans
  • You have a very good understanding of B2B target groups and their requirements for catchy and convincing communication
  • Independence and empathy, enjoyment of change and participation
